First consultation: Free of charge
Second and subsequent consultations: 60 minutes 5,500 yen (tax included)
The first consultation is free of charge.(up to 60 minutes)
We welcome cases relating to visa. However, the scope of free consultation is limited to “consultation regarding status of residence that requires procedures within 3 months”.
After the second consultation, the fee will be 5,500 yen for 60 minutes. In the case of a fee-based consultation, the fee will be applied to the retainer fee if the client subsequently makes a request to our office (effectively free of charge).
In addition to consultations for which no procedures are scheduled within 3 months, the following consultations are also subject to a fee.
・Consultation regarding application for permanent residence
・Consultations including correction of application forms and statements of reasons
・Consultation regarding the “Notice of Materials Submission（資料提出通知書） ” received from the Immigration Service Agency during the application process (consultation in the middle of the application process).

・Support for additional documents after the application has been submitted
・Receipt of results
・Return of the resident card ・In the unlikely event that the application is denied, we will attend the hearing to determine the reason for the denial and reapply (up to two times).

Common items
(1) The above amounts include consultation fee, interview fee, document preparation fee, agency fee, and fee for receiving residence card.
(2) Re-application will be made up to twice within the fee. *with exceptions.
(3) We will not charge any amount other than the above without consultation.
(4) Depending on the nature of your request, we will bill you either upon completion of the work (full contingency fee) or in two installments: upon commencement of the work (initiation fee) and upon completion of the work (contingency fee).
